With precise dimensions (L 10.00–19.05 mm, S 3.18–9.52 mm, Re 0.8) and secure mounting holes (Φd 3.40–6.35 mm), they deliver maximum durability and cost-efficiency in steel, stainless, and cast iron applications.

- Impact & Shock Resistance: Heavy duty operations often involve varying depths of cut and interrupted passes. Our substrates are micro-grain tungsten carbide with enhanced cobalt content, specifically designed to absorb cyclic impact without chipping or fracturing.
- Secure Clamping & Stability: The precise fixing holes (e.g., Φd 4.40 mm for CNHX, Φd 3.40 mm for LNKX) ensure a rigid connection to standard cutter bodies, preventing micro-movements that cause premature edge failure under high tangential forces.
- Optimized Chip Control Under Load: Even under aggressive feed rates, the specialized geometries of the RCMX (round) and CNHX (negative rhombic) series manage chip flow efficiently, preventing bird-nesting and ensuring smooth evacuation.
