TZM Molybdenum Sheet offers high strength, hardness, excellent thermal conductivity, a low coefficient of expansion, and outstanding corrosion resistance, giving it broad application potential. It is particularly suitable for furnace boats, hot zones, thermal insulation, as well as applications in the electronics, aerospace, and heat treatment industries.

Mo + 0.40-0.55 % Ti +0.06-0.12%Zr + 0.01-0.04% C
Size : 0.05-50.0mm(thickness) x 10-800mm (width) x 100-3000mm(length)
Characteristics:
TZM Molybdenum plate has a higher recrystallization temperature(~1300℃),higher creep strength than pure molybdenum.
Application : For producing electric light sources parts, electric vacuum components and electric power semiconductor.
For producing Mo-boat,heat shield and heat bodies in high temperature furnace
Suitable for producing ion implantation parts.
